UKSOZ Device for well casing by establishing the face is intended for equipping the casing string consisting of pipes with a diameter of 245 mm and performing the cementing process in construction of vertical, inclined and horizontal wells.

UKSOZ Device for well casing by establishing the face consists of a housing 1 with circulating openings 2, a bucket 3 placed inside of a collar 4. Shear-pinned vessel 5 with a stop ring is located inside of the housing. The vessel is initially located above the circulating openings. Bucket 3 with circulating openings 2 is placed inside the coupling. Initially, the bucket surpasses circulating openings 2 and is shear-pinned. Multilayered metal isolation element 6 is placed on the housing, fastened in the retainer body 7. Saddle for control ball is mounted inside housing.
Operation concept
UKSOZ device is installed in casing string arrangement at scheduled interval according to the well casing work schedule.
Upon completion of the casing column descending the well is flushed.
The control ball is descended into the string, passing through UKSOZ device parts on the saddle.
At the moment of placing the ball on the saddle, manometric pressure is created in the column, leading to shearing the bucket pins, bucket movement down until snug, isolation element opening, circulating openings opening by their adjustment on the housing and the bucket.
Upon circulation renewal, cement slurry is injected into the column flowing through the device circulating openings into the ring space above the place of UKSOZ installation.
Upon placing the displacement plug on UKSOZ vessel saddle, the manometric pressure is created in the column, leading to shearing the vessel pins and the vessel moves down until snug, closing UKSOZ device circulating openings.
The moment of landing the vessel until snag is recorded as «stop» moment with circulation termination and a sharp pressure rise.
